Training Review Week 28/10/13

With a wedding to go to on the Sunday and no chance to train I decided to get my long ride in Saturday which meant an early start, to be honest we are still very lucky in the North West with the weather and I seem to be making the most of the time we have before the big freeze sets in. I did however seem to miss the point of ‘focus on running’ and probably should have hit the long run instead, but happy with another 10hrs+ week
