Training Review Week 07/10/13

Well, week 4 of the ‘getting started’ was a better week in terms of days training but the load was still low, I planned a full week but left out the main run on the Saturday to make time for family as Kelly is slowly coming to terms with the training and how we fit in together.

I haven’t set myself any targets in terms of testing yet but this will come, I have at least a swim CSS to record, a CP20 on the bike and a timed 10k to work out training efforts and intensities, I am sure this will all happen before Xmas.

I have a meeting with someone interesting next week regarding my training and goals going forward so I hope by this time next week to be able to share the outcome.
