Training Review Week 21/10/13


Another good week for me, over 10 hours with the shortfall in swimming, my main focus is running and missing the odd swim isn’t a huge concern, happy with a bit more consistency

This is becoming a bit easier as it starts to form habitual behaviour, almost addictive 🙂
